The Chicago Life Sciences Consortium (CLSC) is a non-profit organization committed to serving as a key driver for the Chicago area life sciences industries:
- The Mission is to stimulate life science investment, research and education by bridging private, public, and NGO sector boundaries in Chicago
- The Vision is to create deeper and broader professional contact, communication and employment within the Chicago life sciences industry
- The Goal of CLSC is to become a premier accelerator/incubator for early and middle stage healthcare and life science companies and entrepreneurs
On June 26, 2014, the Chicago Life Sciences Consortium will lead the Chicago Paradigm, an event providing an engaging and neutral platform to promote communication, collaboration and investment within the healthcare & life sciences industries in Chicago, as well as showcase our vibrant entrepreneurial community. Our vision is to advance collaboration and innovation across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystems, including among patients, providers, payers, pharmaceuticals, pharmacies, and policymakers – the 6Ps. CLSC is building a dynamic directory and resource guide that will serve as a portal to the Chicago healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. This interactive database will be the most comprehensive collection of Chicagoland companies, organizations, and research centers involved in the biomedical, biotechnology, device, diagnostic,healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
